What expenses do I have to deliver?

In any of our rooms, IT IS DELIVERED:

DEPOSIT: €300 deposit that is delivered the day of your arrival and will be returned at the end of the contract.

SUPPLIES: €200 for 5 months (electricity, water, gas). It will be regularized with the actual invoices of the companies.

INTERNET: €75 for a 5-month contract.

AGENCY FEE: €150 plus VAT.

House rules

Landlord policies

  • Payment method: credit card; bank transfer
  • Age restriction: Tenants between 18 - 29 years old only.
  • Check-in/out:
    • Check-in hours: 10:00-18:00 (Monday to Friday)
    • Out of hours check-in: €30
  • Required documentation:
    • ID / Passport
    • University Acceptance letter (if applicable)
  • Bills policy:
    • You must pay the utility bills for your entire stay when you check-in (SUPPLIES PER TENANT : 200€ for 5 months (electricity, water, gas).
    • At the end of the stay, the landlord will check the utility bills and any difference will be refunded to the tenant or the tenant will have to pay any excess.
    • DEPOSIT: € 300 is delivered the day of your arrival and will be returned at the end of the contract.
    • WIFI: € 75 every 5 months, it is a fixed rate.
  • Bookings policy:
  • Bookings will only be accepted between:
    • The 1st of September to the 31st of January (5 months)
    • The 1st of February to the 30th of June (5 months)
    • The 1st of September to the 30th of June (10 months)
  • Your landlord speaks: English, Spanish.
  • Your landlord does not live on the property.

Find your home 100% onlineWith Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
Make a booking requestWith just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
Get an answer in 24h or lessThe Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move inArrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
