It is located on Cirilo Amorós street, within close proximity to the beautiful Jardí del Túria, a great park located right in the middle of the city. The attractive Mercado del Colón, is located steps away from the apartment, providing you with a great space where you can hang out, eat and drink, with many stalls to discover.
The closest metro station is Colón (lines 3 and 5), situated four minutes away from the apartment. There are several bus lines serving the area, with the closest bus stops being for lines 2, 3, 13, 41, 79 and N1.

The district of L’Eixample is comprised of 3 neighborhoods: Ruzafa, El Pla del Remei, and Gran Vía. The most famous and popular is Ruzafa (also spelled Russafa), characterized by its ethnically diverse and cultured atmosphere; it is a place to go for authentic international cuisine (including a location of the Taste of America chain of American food stores). Russafa is a great neighborhood for students as well and due to its vibrant flavor and proximity to the center of the city, it is becoming a target area for cool local small businesses. While L’Eixample lacks the genius of Antoni Gaudí, there are still plenty of elegant Modernist-style buildings throughout the neighborhood. You’ll often find groups of friends meeting on the Plaça de Canovas, which is right next to the famous Edificio Chapo, to go out for the night. This is also the epicenter for Les Falles festival at the end of March, when the city turns into a hotbed destination for travelers worldwide.
