This 5 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom has 3 single rooms and 2 double rooms for rent. There is a beautifully presented shared room acting as the kitchen, living and dining area, providing tenants with a great open space to hang out outside of the bedrooms. This apartment has a floor area of 100 sqm and is located on Carrer de Joaquín Costa, in the central neighbourhood of L'Eixample, close to Carrer del Colon, the most important commercial street in Valencia. Main landmarks within the area include Jardín del Turia, Mercado de Colon and Valencia-Estacio del Nord, the main train station in town.

What we liked the most

  • The open plan kitchen and living area is the heart of the home. In this fantastic shared room you can cook, eat your meals in the modern table with 4 high chairs or simply sit in the sofa and chat with your flatmates.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven, a stove, a microwave and a fridge.
  • There is also a washing machine, allowing you to save money by doing your laundry at home.
  • There is a shared wardrobe in the hallway, where you could store items you don't need on a daily basis to free up space in your room.
  • This apartment is located within an ideal spot to experience Valencia's vibrant nightlife, as the area is full of bars and restaurant and is also within walking distance to Russafa, one of the best places to go out in Valencia.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is only 1 bathroom to be shared among all tenants.
  • Bedrooms 3 and 4 don't have windows.

    • Rooms which allow couples: bills price is to be paid per person
    • Bills per person: €60 ("Important information "from September 2024 on bills will change from 60€ to 80€ per month)
    • The contract type is monthly, which means that the tenant will have to pay for the entire month of check-in and check-out as well, regardless of the moving dates.
    • "Empadronamiento" is allowed

How to book

With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.

Getting around

Transportation

Bus 13 stops within a minute from the flat. In 8 minutes you can reach metro station Colón (lines 3, 5, 7 and 9) and a 15-minute walk will take you to metro station Xàtiva (lines 3, 6 and 9) and train station Valencia-Estacio del Nord, where you can catch regional trains, including a high speed AVE service to get to Madrid in less than 2 hours.
