Neighborhood information

Extramurs is a largely residential district with about 6% of the city’s population residing in this area. The majority of the buildings were constructed between 1900 and 1960 and the La Finca Roja, built between 1929 and 1934 by Enrique Videma as middle-class housing for factory workers, is found in this district.
