This spacious 6 bedroom apartment is located on Calle Maestro Palau in the Extramurs district of Valencia, very close to Ciutat Vella. By "very close", we mean right next to it; you're within a 10 minute walk from such attractions as the Central Market where you can try the typical Valencian horchata! The flat has 2 bathrooms, one of which only has a toilet and sink, and a fully equipped kitchen. These rooms, all furnished with double beds, would be perfect for those who want to live centrally and get to meet new people during their stay in Valencia.
Metro station Angel Guimera, with access to lines 0, 1, 3, 5, and 9, is a 3 minute stroll. You can take an 12 minute walk to the Estacio del Nord train station where you can take national lines to other parts of Spain.

Extramurs is a largely residential district with about 6% of the city’s population residing in this area. The majority of the buildings were constructed between 1900 and 1960 and the La Finca Roja, built between 1929 and 1934 by Enrique Videma as middle-class housing for factory workers, is found in this district. In addition to the residential character of the neighborhood and its proximity to the Ciutat Vella (and El Carmen), the neighborhood itself also has places of interest: the Torres de Quart, the Jardi Botànic de la Universitat de València, and the Estació del Nord train station. Extramurs also benefits from having the Estació de Joaquín Sorolla AVE station, which connects Valencia to other cities in Spain such as Madrid.
