This bright and elegant apartment with five bright bedrooms available for rent is located on Carrer del Doctor in a large residential district of Extramurs. You'll be located close to the city centre and will have easy access to University of Valencia as the metro station is just around the corner. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated and consists of five bedrooms for students, two spacious bathrooms, a comfortable living room with a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is also close to Valencia's main train station and has a gym nearby, along with plenty of cafes and shops. The area of the apartmet is 180m2.

Details

This apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has single electric heating and natural gas water heating. You can dry your clothes on the strings over the patio or on the balcony. The minimum lease for this apartment is 180 days (6 months). Wi-Fi is installed in the property but it is NOT activated. Monthly bills come out to 40-50€ per tenant and there is cleaning service available for hire for 10€ per hour.

Transportation

The apartment is just a minute walk to Bailén metro station. You can easily reach the University of Valencia and other campuses on Biasco Ibañez in just 15 minutes using line 3 or 9.

Landlord policies

The English speaking landlord doesn't live on the property and requires 1-month rent as a deposit. Smoking is not permitted and pets are not allowed. Rent can be paid by cash or bank transaction. This landlord only accepts students or postgraduate students.

Neighborhood information

Extramurs is a largely residential district with about 6% of the city’s population residing in this area. The majority of the buildings were constructed between 1900 and 1960 and the La Finca Roja, built between 1929 and 1934 by Enrique Videma as middle-class housing for factory workers, is found in this district. In addition to the residential character of the neighborhood and its proximity to the Ciutat Vella (and El Carmen), the neighborhood itself also has places of interest: the Torres de Quart, the Jardi Botànic de la Universitat de València, and the Estació del Nord train station. Extramurs also benefits from having the Estació de Joaquín Sorolla AVE station, which connects Valencia to other cities in Spain such as Madrid.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is just a few minutes away from the main station in Valencia, Estació del Nord. From here, you'll be able to catch trains to Madrid, Barcelona and plenty of other Spanish cities. Furthermore, the apartment is close to the Bailen underground station with excellent links to the university.
  • The living room has comfortable sofas, a TV and a dining area. It's extremely luminous and its white furniture only adds more light into the room, making the entire area even brighter. It also features a long balcony with great 5th floor views.
  • The entire apartment is tastefully decorated.
  • All bedrooms available for rent feature white furniture which also gives them a bright and warm atmosphere.

Things to keep in mind

  • The tenants will have access to two, fully equipped, shared bathrooms.
