This historic, central area is filled with bars, restaurants and cafés that provide constant entertainment. Plaça d'Espanya metro station is just 3 minutes away, from here tenants can access many areas in Valencia. This property has a fully furnished kitchen which has a small, walk-in closet for storing food. There is a small terrace next to the kitchen which functions as a laundry area. This property also has a cosy living room which provides access to the large terrace. There are 2 bathrooms to share with the other tenant and the live-in landlord.
