The apartment is fully furnished, consisting of a living and dining area, a shared bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen featuring plenty of cupboards. You will be able to enjoy fantastic sixth floor views in the living room, which is perfect for catching up on your favorite TV shows. The apartment is ideally located as it has easy access to the city centre as well as the University of Valencia and the beach - perfect for both, students and professionals. The area of the apartment is 86m2.
