This incredibly well-located apartment, in the heart of the bustling city and within minutes walk of metro stops Colón and Xàtiva, as well as the train station Estació del Nord. There is so much to do, see and eat in this bustling and vibrant neighbourhood, with many of the most important sites like The Mercat Central right on your doorstep. All the rooms are fully furnished with double beds (or very large single beds) with desks and plenty of storage space. The living space and kitchen are fully furnished with added extras such as an oven and washing machine.

What we liked the most

  • Every bedroom in the 6 bedroom apartment is beautifully furnished, often with a balcony, terrace with table and chairs and sofas.
  • Due to the terrace and windows in the apartment, it is very luminous.
  • The apartment is located in the old city, and on a street filled with bars and restaurants, meaning you will never feel isolated from the buzz of this fantastic city.
  • The apartment is ideal for students, professionals, couples or erasmus students who can take advantage of the prime central location.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no communal living space, apart from the kitchen, which could be anti-social depending on who you live with. However, the size of the rooms makes up for the lack of living room.
  • The terraces for bedrooms 3 and 5 are private to the tenant, who must be no older than 40 years old.
