This fully furnished apartment is great for someone looking for a shared flat in the great area of La Saïdia district in Valencia. There are five rooms are available for rent which share four bathrooms. The apartment is situated on Calle Benimuslem and has a nice balcony that allows for eighth floor views of the surrounding neighborhood. Each of the five bedrooms come equipped with double beds and wardrobes to store all of your belongings. Bedroom 2 has an added bonus and is furnished with a sofa as well. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, stove-top, plenty of counter space, large refrigerator, microwave and washing machine. The living room is comfortably furnished with two sofas, a nice coffee table, bookshelf and a nice flat screen television. The floor area of this apartment is 130 m².

  • Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
  • When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable

  • *Important Information Regarding Payments*
    • Please note that your landlord collects rental payments on the 1st of every month
    • If your booking starts on the 1st of the month: your Spotahome payment covers the monthly rental
    • ++If your booking does not start on the 1st of the month:++ you will need to pay your landlord the equivalent value of such month in addition to your Spotahome payment before check in.
  • Your booking request will only be accepted if you are under 35 years of age (only for room shared properties).
  • Payment method: cash; bank transfer
  • Sheets are provided, but covers are not
  • Fees
    • Utilities (electricity, water and gas) are not included in rent
    • Wifi has an additional monthly cost of 15 EUR approx.
    • Monthy cleaning fee of 15 EUR, not included in rent.
  • Check-in/out info:
    • Monday - Thursday: 10:00 - 14:00 / 17:00 - 19:00
    • Friday: 10:00 - 14:00
    • Bank holidays and out of hours check-in: €30
  • The landlord takes up to a month to return the security deposit in order to review the bills and final expenses
    • If you depart before the contract's check-out date, your security deposit may be impacted.

Transportation

The apartment has several options for transportation, including Primado Reig tram station with service for Line 4 and 6. There are also several bus stations located near by with service for bus numbers 8, 11, 89, 90, N2, N89 and N90.
