Neighborhood information

Camins al Grau is found to the north of Quatre Carreres and to the west of El Cabanyal. With improved public transport connections and extension of roads such as Avinguda de França and the Passeig de la Alameda, this area has become an ideal base for those who want to be near the beach without living right in El Cabanyal. Camins al Grau also houses the southern part of the city’s beautiful park, the Turia River Gardens.

What we liked the most

  • The spacious living area has been designed to provide the ultimate comfort, with a cozy sitting area featuring two sofas and a comfortable chaise-lounge where you can stretch out in front of the television.
  • There is a large dining table for six people in the living area, and a second smaller table in the kitchen next to a small television.
  • The apartment has central air-conditioning and natural gas heating.
  • The modern fully equipped kitchen is nicely presented with a varied range of stainless steel appliances, including a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher.
  • Wi-Fi is already installed, and included in the monthly rent.
  • All rooms are fully furnished and interior, facing a quiet courtyard rather than the street.

Things to keep in mind

  • Even though it is not shown in the photos, bedroom 2 will be equipped with a single bed.
