This four-bedroom, two-bathroom exterior apartment offers bright rooms for rent on Carrer Vila de l'Alcorà, in the neighbourhood of Benimaclet. All private rooms are fully-furnished and come equipped with an independent key. Tenants will share use of a full kitchen with a dining table and a laundry room. The spacious 120 sqm apartment is also equipped with wi-fi, central heating and air-conditioning, and is situated in a well-connected area close to the bus and metro. There are also numerous shops and services nearby, including Arena Multiespacio, a large shopping centre offering a variety of restaurants and stores, including a 24-hour pharmacy, a gym and a large hypermarket. The Polytechnic University of Valencia is about 20 minutes away on foot and the beach is 15 minutes away using public transport.

What we liked the most

  • The spacious kitchen is fully equipped, and offers abundant storage space, a dining table and a dishwasher.
  • The convenient laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, sink and an outside rack to dry your washing that is accessed via a window.
  • All rooms are fully furnished and have an independent key.
  • Rent includes a cleaning service once a week.
  • Bedrooms 1 and 4 have private balconies, and all rooms for rent are very luminous, with large windows that let in good natural light.
  • The apartment is equipped with central heating and air-conditioning.

Things to keep in mind

  • The landlord has informed us he will provide a microwave.
  • All bedrooms are equipped with double beds, but can only accommodate one person.
  • The second bathroom is for the private use of Bedroom 4.
