This recently renovated apartment is modern, spacious, and very conveniently located beside the Polytechnic University campus. It would be a fantastic option for students. At 65 sqm, it features a brand new bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen and living space has an open floor plan and sleek furnishings, including a dining table for four, sofa, and flatscreen television. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, microwave, oven, and dishwasher. Calle Imaginero Bussi is located just beside the Polytechnic University of Valencia campus, and is also a short walk from the beach. There are numerous public transportation options to take you to the city center.

What we liked the most

  • The bright kitchen and living area has an open floor plan, making it a convenient place to hang out with friends or roommates.
  • The apartment has great amenities, like an oven and washing machine, so you will save money on laundry.
  • The entire apartment was recently renovated and looks brand new.
  • This is an unbeatable location for students, very close to the Polytechnic University of Valencia.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no elevator in this building, however the apartment is on the first floor.
  • You must consult with the other tenants and the landlord before having overnight guests.

Transportation

There are stops for the 1, 31, and N1 buses just down the street. The Valencia-Cabanyal metro stop (line 6) is a 7 minute walk away, and the 4 and 6 trams are 5 minutes away. The Polytechnic University is just down the street as well.
