Mesa Lobo

You can’t miss it because: It’s been open for less than a month and is already Barcelona’s trendiest restaurant. Mesa Lobo is the project of Óscar and Pablo, who, after years of working together in other kitchens, decided to open their own restaurant. Located on Aribau Street, the restaurant is built on three pillars: local ingredients, French cuisine, and Nordic influences. The result is a menu where every dish is a true spectacle, whether due to its preparation, the star ingredient, or the combination of flavors. A place that promises to generate a lot of buzz—and where everything is extremely photogenic.

Average price per person: €50 - €60.

Where? Carrer d'Aribau, 65.

Volta

You can't miss it because: On the ground floor of the newly opened Borneta Hotel, there is a restaurant that is perfectly in tune with the accommodation. The project is led by Andrea de Benedictis, who proposes a gastronomic journey along the Mediterranean coast, exploring the flavors of Spain, Italy, France, and North Africa. Thus, at Volta, you can find starters such as Mille-feuille of bread with marinated peppers, smoked sardine, and parsley butter; raw dishes like Sea bass Tartare, with cucumber, avocado, capers, and beetroot; land delights like their Organic Egg with potato foam, rossinyol, and black truffle; and a variety of fish and meats of the highest quality.

Average price per diner: €50.

Where? Passeig de Picasso, 26.

Grace

You can't miss it because: A sophisticated place with a French-inspired character, but as soon as you step through its door, it makes you feel at home. Grace is one of the latest projects to arrive in the Sant Gervasi-Galvany neighborhood, led by Patricia Trejo and Roger Nasarre, who envisioned it as a local pantry restaurant with a speakeasy spirit. Their menu features dishes like Grace’s cold salad with changurro and king crab, or the black sausage and Appenzeller cheese Bikini, reflecting a commitment to market produce and a reimagining of classics. The Steak Tartare prepared at the table—which can be topped with grated truffle—is a must-try. However, if there's one thing you must definitely try at Grace, it’s their Pistachio Tiramisu by Valentina and Pasqualina: the dessert that will make you come back.

Average price per diner: €60.

Where? NH Collection Constanza, Carrer de Déu i Mata, 69-99.
