We think it’s ideal for students. The bedroom is quiet and gets lots of natural light. You'll also have your own private bathroom. Ideal.

This is a nice 4-bedroom house on Carrickmines Avenue, Dublin. It has a really cool kitchen, it's nicely decorated, and it's close to a huge park.
We think this apartment is perfect for a single student. Ditch the hustle and bustle of big city living and give in to the charm of a residential neighborhood.

- There's no AC – it's okay, Dublin summers aren't that harsh.
- A television will be installed by the time you get there... in your own room!
- There is a living area that is off limits to the tenant, but don't worry, because you'll have a living area on the third floor for your private use. It has a coffee table and a lounge chair.
- There's no fridge right now, but there will be one by the time you move in.
