The studio opens out onto a sunny private terrace, and is equipped with a double bed, television, and has a small private kitchen.
The property is conveniently located only 4 minutes on foot from the Autonomous University of Lisbon. The lively area offers plenty to explore, including shops, cafes, museums, art galleries, movie theatres, and restaurants. There are also several parks to enjoy in the area, including the beautiful Edward VII Park.

- You have the option to pay the rent in 2 installments - half of the rent upfront, and half midway through your stay. (Please keep in mind that you will pay the first month through Spotahome and the rest of the first installement will be paid upfront to the landlord.) If you choose this option, the deposit will be €1000, not €250.
- Option 3: (available for stays of more than 308 days)
- You have the option to pay the rent in either 3 or 10 installments - the first installment upfront, and then either 2 more, or 9 more installments during your stay. (Please keep in mind that you will pay the first month through Spotahome and the rest of the first installment will be paid upfront to the landlord.) If you choose this option, the deposit will be €1000, not €250.
