- The rent will need to be paid 10 days prior to checkin and the entire stay will be paid upfront. (Please keep in mind that you will pay the first month through Spotahome and the rest will be paid upfront to the landlord)
- Option two: (available for stays of more than 154 days)
- You have the option to pay the rent in 2 installments - half of the rent upfront, and half midway through your stay. (Please keep in mind that you will pay the first month through Spotahome and the rest of the first installement will be paid upfront to the landlord.) If you choose this option, the deposit will be €1000, not €250.
- Option 3: (available for stays of more than 308 days)
- You have the option to pay the rent in either 3 or 10 installments - the first installment upfront, and then either 2 more, or 9 more installments during your stay. (Please keep in mind that you will pay the first month through Spotahome and the rest of the first installment will be paid upfront to the landlord.) If you choose this option, the deposit will be €1000, not €250.
