- If you do notsuccesfully complete the Plus verification made by Spotahome within two weeks after your booking is confirmed, the landlord will ask you to pay 2 months of deposit.

Check In
Organizza il tuo check in, il ritiro delle chiavi e tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno direttamente con il proprietario. Per offrirti una maggiore sicurezza, trasferiremo la prima mensilità al proprietario 48 ore dopo il tuo check in, a meno che, non ci contatti per eventuali problemi.
Ricorda: hai 24 ore per controllare la tua nuova casa
Se la proprietà è significativamente diversa rispetto al nostro annuncio, faccelo sapere entro 24 ore dal check-in in modo da poter risolvere il problema.
Spotahome supervisionerà le condizioni di affitto di questa proprietà per offrire la migliore esperienza.
Se decidi di trasferirti prima della scadenza del contratto, ti richiediamo di fornire un preavviso di 30 giorni, a meno che il proprietario non abbia indicato qualcosa di diverso nel tuo contratto di locazione. Se non rispetterai questo periodo di preavviso, sarai comunque responsabile del pagamento dell'affitto per questi giorni, anche se non alloggerai più nella proprietà.
