Rooms are available to rent to students or postgraduate students only, in this 8-bedroom apartment in Moncloa. Fully equipped and furnished with comfortable furniture, apartment has 2-bathrooms, a dining room, a living room and a kitchen with two refrigerators. The common areas are clean and well kept.
You'll be living in Moncloa, just a 25 minute walk from several Madrid universities. With Quevedo metro station a short walk away, you will be well connected to the city centre, as well as other areas of Madrid. There's loads of fantastic restaurants in the area, and a 24-hour Carrefour supermarket just a few minute's walk away.

- The rooms are bright and well equipped.
- You will have use of 2 full bathrooms, minimising the queue for the shower in the morning.
- There are 2 big fridge-freezers in the kitchen, so there should be plenty of room for everybody's belongings.
- Moncloa has some really excellent restaurants. We highly recommend Sagaretxe on Calle Eloy Gonzalo. Best Basque pintxos in Madrid? Possibly...

- Check-in/out times: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00.
- Out of hours check-in and bank holidays: €10
- Bookings:
- Bookings closed during weekends: If the booking is closed during the weekend, the earliest check-in would be on the following Monday at 16:00.
- Bookings with check in on the same day: If the booking is confirmed after 16:00, the earliest check-in would be the next day at 16:00.
- Admin fee includes:
- Useful information about important documents such as NIE, transportation card, domiciliation, etc.
- Phone number to call for emergency and assistance (10:00 - 19:00)
- Office support, queries, general matters during your stay.

Organizza il tuo check in, il ritiro delle chiavi e tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno direttamente con il proprietario. Per offrirti una maggiore sicurezza, trasferiremo la prima mensilità al proprietario 48 ore dopo il tuo check in, a meno che, non ci contatti per eventuali problemi.
