This beautiful remodeled and freshly painted 7-bedroom apartment on Calle Ancora would be the ideal home for students and professionals alike. The property is very space efficient and you will find high ceilings throughout. There are 2 shared bathrooms for the tenants and all of the rooms in the house are located down a long, single hallway with two curves. The kitchen will be your main meeting point in this shared apartment and it's a lovely space where you can eat and chat with your flatmates. It's fully equipped with new utensils, knives and a handy induction cooking surface that will help you whip up your meals fast and efficiently.
If you're looking for a quiet yet social neighborhood, this property would be a great choice for you. You'll also be steps away from supermarkets like Lidl and Ahorra Más but there are also small fruit shops around the corner from your street that you can explore. In addition this district has plenty of bars and restaurants with terraces where you can enjoy a relaxing meal or drink with friends in a relaxed outdoor atmosphere. This neighborhood is busy and active during the weeknights but on the weekends it's quiet and peaceful. For great food, drinks and wonderful services, head down the street past the metro on Calle de Palos de la Frontera and try El Almbique de La Frontera for delicious, authentic Spanish food.
