The kitchen is the main shared area with a dining table and plenty of storage space. There are both exterior and interior rooms, but they are all a good size and come fully furnished.
Guindalera is the perfect neighborhood if you are looking for a quiet peaceful atmosphere. On Calle de Cartagena, however, you area near the border of the posh Salamanca district – the best of both worlds. Nearby you can find your basic amenities and are surrounded by delicious restaurants. You are also very well-connected by metro.
