This pleasant and relaxed flat is located on the fourth floor and the total floor area is 100 m². You will have a large living / dining area, with 2 comfortable sofas, and a dining table that can seat 6. There are 2 full bathrooms and a kitchen with plenty of space for your utensils and groceries.
The apartment is in a lovely location, directly opposite a small park, and within a minute walk of Plaza de Manuel Becerra, where you will find a Metro station on lines 2 and 6, as well as a Carrefour Express grocery store. Being near to a major junction means that there is a plethora of local shops and restaurants in the area, along with plenty of bars, so you won't have to go far for a drink and some tapas with friends in the evening.

- The living/dining area is very open and spacious. It is furnished with two sofas, making it a great room to relax and hang out with your roommates.
- Bedrooms 3 and 4 have their own private balcony with really nice views over the streets of this charming neighborhood.
- The kitchen is compact, but it is fully equipped including an oven and a practical dishwasher.
