The rooms for rent are all simply yet fully furnished, complete with a double bed, small table, chest of drawers, and a rack to hang your clothes.
One of the best features of this flat is the exterior patio: with views of the neighboring areas and the beautiful blue skies of Madrid, tenants will have the perfect place to relax or hang out with friends and roommates! As the apartment has 5 rooms and ample common space, it is suitable for students who want to meet new people during their stay in Madrid.

- If the room is reserved, 70% of the deposit is returned.
