Five bedrooms are available for rent in a shared 5 bedroom 3 bathroom semi-detached house located on Calle Federico Agustí in one of the best and safest residential areas of Madrid - El Plantio in the neighborhood of Moncloa - Aravaca, close to Majadahonda and only ten minutes away from the center of the city by bus. We cannot praise this 150m2 house enough - each communal area provides a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. From the comfortable sofas in the living area, study room. fully equipped kitchen, as well as two terraces, this house can ensure you a stress-free life in Madrid. On top of that, all utilities are included in the rent and the house is located nearby a train station and 4 bus stops, enabling easy access to Madrid city centre. Each room for rent is fully furnished and while the rest of the tenants can use a shared bathroom, bedrooms 1 and 5 also have their own en-suite.
