GENERAL POLICIES:**

IMPORTANT: For contracts starting from April 2nd onward the admin fee will go back to the standard amount (1 month rent + utilities + 22% VAT). Security deposit will also go back to 3 months.

• Payment method: bank transfer

  • Weekly cleaning service (common areas): included in price of rent
  • Required documentation:
  • ID / Passport
  • Codice fiscale (++what is this?++)
  • University Acceptance Letter
• Your landlord speaks: English, Italian.
• Your landlord does not live on the property
• Admin fee (VAT included) includes:
  • Contract registration
  • Third party insurance
  • Bedding and towels package
  • Room initial and final cleaning.
  • Refuse collection tax

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• ++The admin fee is due within 48 hours from the acceptance of your booking and paid directly to the landlord. If the landlord doesn't receive the Admin fee within 48 hours, the booking will not be confirmed and the landlord is free to cancel it. The admin fee is fully refunded in case of cancellation at least 45 calendar days prior to the first day of your contract and refunded at 50% for cancellations at least 30 calendar days prior to the first day of your contract.++
• ++The security deposit must be paid prior to check-in according to the Landlord's instructions and is 100% refundable in the event of cancellation of the booking and/or at the end of the stay upon release of the rented accommodation without damage.++

++Notice of Cancellation is possible only if the contract has a duration of one year.++
