This two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is absolutely ideal for female professionals or students, who wish to share a room to save some money. It is located on Via Battistotti Sassi, in the neighborhood of Citta Studi, less than 30 minutes away from Milan city centre. The interior apartment is fully furnished, featuring two bedrooms for rent, equipped with twin beds, a living area with a dining table and a balcony and a cosy, but fully equipped kitchen. The tenants will have access to two beautiful shared bathrooms, one furnished with a bathtub and one with a shower. Both rooms are very spacious and feature plenty of furniture. You will have access to bus and metro stations and will be located nearby restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The area of the apartment is 95m2.

- The apartment is a 20-minute walk away to Politecnico di Milano and is situated nearby plenty of bus stops that can easily take you into the city centre.
- You will be surrounded by bus and tramway stations!
- The kitchen is small, however, it is equipped with everything you might need to make delicious meals.
- The apartment also has a living room and a dining area, featuring a large table.
- The two shared bathroom feature stunning tiles - we really like the second bathroom as it has a gorgeous purple theme and features a big bathtub.

BEDS for rent IN SHARED ROOMS: your request will be accepted only if the gender of the other roommate in the room is the same as yours, otherwise you will receive alternative options.
IMPORTANT: in case of bookings shorter than 6 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 80€ for a room/bed in a shared apartment, 100€ for a studio and 160€ for one bedroom apartments.
