The apartment has 4 colorful rooms available for rent, 2 shared bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living area where you can relax and enjoy spending time with your flatmates. Each room is equipped with an air conditioning unit and three of the four rooms are ideal for two friends as they are furnished with twin beds. This is an excellent choice for students, as you will be located a short walk away from University Politecnico di Milano and will have easy access to the city centre. The area of the apartment is 140m2.

BEDS for rent IN SHARED ROOMS: your request will be accepted only if the gender of the other roommate in the room is the same as yours, otherwise you will receive alternative options.
IMPORTANT: in case of bookings shorter than 6 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 80€ for a room/bed in a shared apartment, 100€ for a studio and 160€ for one bedroom apartments.
The landlord admin fee is calculated according to the total contract value, therefore it will vary depending on the length of your stay.
