This apartment is ideal for students and professionals. Each room is fully furnished and the entire apartment has just been refurbished, so is very clean and fresh. Additionally, the 3rd bedroom has a balcony. This apartment is on the 3rd floor but has an elevator for easy access. Each room has a street view, which gives the apartment lots of natural light.

BEDS for rent IN SHARED ROOMS: your request will be accepted only if the gender of the other roommate in the room is the same as yours, otherwise you will receive alternative options.
IMPORTANT: in case of bookings shorter than 6 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 80€ for a room/bed in a shared apartment, 100€ for a studio and 160€ for one bedroom apartments.
