This recently refurbished, fully-furnished modern apartment is found in the North Loreto area, right beside the TURRO metro station from which you can arrive at the Duomo in just a 10-minute journey on Line 1 of the Metro.
The apartment has all of the amenities you could expect from a modern apartment. In the living area, there is a comfortable sofa and smart TV, as well as a queen-sized wall bed which can be pulled down over the sofa. The kitchen has a 2-hob induction cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and is fully equipped with the kitchenware you may need. The apartment also benefits from a hot/cold air-conditioner for keeping cool in the summer and warm in the winter, regulation on temperature is possible by respecting sustainability standard. The living area boasts a large built-in wardrobe for storage. Finally, the bathroom has a shower and bidet, as well as bed linen and towels which come included.
The apartment is equipped with a loggia, a small balcony. To give you an idea how big it is, 2 people can stand on it for a sunset’s apero or if you want to put your herbal plants in the sunny seasons.
There is a common laundry room in the building with washing machines and dryers where clothes can be washed free of charge.

Kindly be aware, reservations are strictly set to start and end on Thursdays, though it is possible to arrive later or leave earlier within the booking period, without a refund for the days not used.
After booking on Spotahome, it is mandatory to create an account in the house provider app to receive the entry code and upload credit card details for payments.
PAY ATTENTION! Regarding payments and additional fees:
Payments are on a 4-week basis (the rent price shown in Spotahome is for 4 weeks only, not for the whole month!) for the type of contract provided by the landlord. Therefore, you will be asked a proportional additional amount to complete the payment of the month.
For bookings longer than 8 weeks: a pre-payment of the first 4 weeks is made to Spotahome, followed by a separate charge from the housing provider for the last 4 weeks of the booking, end cleaning (150 euro), and deposit (200euro) before Check-in. Four weeks after check-in, the credit card will be charged accordingly until the last 4 weeks of the booking.
For bookings shorter than 8 weeks: pre-payment of the first 4 weeks is made to Spotahome, with a separate charge from the housing provider for up to 4 weeks (remaining weeks of the booking).

Se non accetta, non ti preoccupare, non preleveremo nessun importo e ti aiuteremo a trovare un'alternativa.
La sicurezza dei nostri inquilini e dei proprietari è la nostra priorità.
Una volta accettata la tua prenotazione presso questa struttura, ti chiederemo alcune informazioni aggiuntive. Ci vorranno pochi minuti e ti serviranno solo i seguenti documenti:

Check In
Organizza il tuo check in, il ritiro delle chiavi e tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno direttamente con il proprietario. Per offrirti una maggiore sicurezza, trasferiremo la prima mensilità al proprietario 48 ore dopo il tuo check in, a meno che, non ci contatti per eventuali problemi.
Ricorda: hai 24 ore per controllare la tua nuova casa
Se la proprietà è significativamente diversa rispetto al nostro annuncio, faccelo sapere entro 24 ore dal check-in in modo da poter risolvere il problema.
Spotahome supervisionerà le condizioni di affitto di questa proprietà per offrire la migliore esperienza.
Se decidi di trasferirti prima della scadenza del contratto, ti richiediamo di fornire un preavviso di 30 giorni, a meno che il proprietario non abbia indicato qualcosa di diverso nel tuo contratto di locazione. Se non rispetterai questo periodo di preavviso, sarai comunque responsabile del pagamento dell'affitto per questi giorni, anche se non alloggerai più nella proprietà.
