Located south of the Paris city center, Avenue Georges Duhamel is a nice and quiet street in a residential area. There are many other apartment buildings around and not many small shops but you will still have access to several places on foot. There is a Lidl Supermarket on the main road, around the corner from the property and there is also a huge shopping center with every other store you can imagine. If you get tired of studying or want to go exercise, head around the corner to the Gymnase Couse Casalis. You also will only be a short walk then metro ride from the city center of Paris and explore all of the small shops, bars, restaurants, museums and cultural centers that await you.

- The neighborhood is quiet and residential but is still well-connected to the rest of Paris.
