This interior apartment is located on Viale Val Padana in the quiet, residential neighborhood of Monte Sacro. The apartment, with three bedrooms available for rent, is only suitable for students and would best suite those who would prefer to live in a peaceful area so they could focus on their studies. All rooms are fully furnished and the tenants will have access to a communal living room, fully equipped kitchen with a balcony and a shared bathroom. The surrounding area features a beautiful park and Fiume Aniene river. You will have easy access to the city centre with a metro station nearby, that will also take you to Rome's universities. The area of the apartment is 90m2.
