It is located on Ppestalozi street, in the neighborhood of Quatre Carreres, very close to the renowned Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, a state-of-the-art science complex and one of the city's must-visit attractions. The Centro Comercial El Saler, a popular shopping mall featuring a cinema and a large supermarket, is fifteen minutes from the apartment.

- If your booking starts on the 1st of the month: your Spotahome payment covers the monthly rental
