Se alquila por temporada (mínimo un mes) exclusiva casa de diseño de 186 m2, situada en el centro de A Coruña, con acceso al parque de Santa Margarita, su ubicación es perfecta ya que está muy próximo al centro de la ciudad (10 minutos a pie) y a la avenida de Arteixo, la cual conecta fácilmente con la autopista.
La casa se construyó esmerando el aislamiento térmico de la misma, además de disponer de calefacción mediante suelo radiante con caldera de gas. La vivienda consta de una planta baja con recibidor-despacho , sala de estar, cocina-comedor y baño- lavandería. Todo acristalado y con salida al jardín . Dos de los dormitorios están en la planta primera, donde también hay un baño amplio con ducha. La habitación principal tiene un gran ventanal que da acceso a una terraza con vistas al parque de Santa Margarita. En la planta de arriba se encuentra un tercer dormitorio en un espacio multifuncional a doble altura con amplios ventanales con vistas al parque y a la calle principal. En esta planta hay otro baño. La casa dispone de ascensor. La bodega-trastero se encuentra en el sótano. No se permiten mascotas.
