Piso de más de 100m en el Ensanche, a tres minutos a pie de Plaza Galicia y a pocos minutos de la estación intermodal. Primera planta exterior, con muy buena luz natural. Sin humedades — una rareza en Santiago.
El piso está en excelente estado: cocina totalmente renovada hace un par de años, nevera nueva, pintura reciente en todas las estancias y nueva iluminación instalada por las propietarias para mejorar el ambiente en habitaciones y zonas comunes. El salón conserva su suelo de parquet, recientemente barnizado.
La cocina es amplia y soleada, con mesa y sillas para desayunar o comer. El salón es grande, con zona de sofás y mesa para estudiar o cenar. Ambos espacios son realmente funcionales para la convivencia del día a día.
Seguridad: el portal cuenta con cámara de videovigilancia y el piso dispone de videoportero con cámara, para que los estudiantes vean quién llama antes de abrir.
