Somos un matrimonio con una hija de 26 años y estamos buscando a un estudiante que quiera alquilar una amplia habitación en nuestra casa, ubicada en la tranquila y ajardinada zona de Arroyo de la Vega, en Alcobendas. La habitación consta de una cama individual, mesilla, lamparas, escritorio con silla, estantería, armario, espejo y televisión. La habitación tiene una ventana con preciosas vistas a un gran parque verde. Baño amplio justo al lado de la habitación. Las zonas comunes de la casa son una cocina totalmente equipada y una amplia terraza. La casa está dentro de una urbanización con vigilancia y portero 24 horas. Y con acceso a piscina. Internet y todos los gastos están incluidos en el precio. En cuanto a la ubicación: A 10 minutos andando del metro de La Moraleja.  Enfrente de la parada de bus a Madrid (Plaza Castilla) A de 10 minutos andando de la parada de bus a la UAM (Universidad Autónoma). Y a 20 minutos andando de  la Universidad Europea. A menos de 10 minutos andando de un centro comercial y supermercado grande. Farmacia y gimnasios a 10 minutos andando. Centro Diversia con restaurantes, bares, cine, bolera… a 10-15 minutos andando. El ambiente en nuestra casa es muy agradable y cómodo. La propietaria habla español, ingles y frances.
