In addition, each room has its own private garden. Our chalets are strategically located away from common areas so you can enjoy tranquillity and focus fully on your studies or work. With 40m2 of well-distributed space, the chalets include complete furniture: double bed, wardrobe, curtains, bedding package, TV and Wi-Fi connection. Each chalet has automatic blinds, underfloor heating and cooling to always maintain the ideal temperature, and secure card access. The private kitchen is equipped with modern equipment, including a refrigerator and sink with ample storage space. The modern bathroom has a large sink, mirror, spacious shower and toilet.

🔒 Deposit & Admin Fee

No couples

To confirm your booking, both the deposit and the admin (reservation) fee must be paid in advance via bank transfer.

Once we receive both payments, we will:

  • Send you the rental contract to sign digitally
  • Add you to the WhatsApp group for your apartment before move-in

The deposit will be returned within 4 to 6 weeks after the end of your contract, once the condition of the property and utility expenses have been reviewed.

💡 Utilities:

Bills are included up to €50/month per tenant. Any excess will be shared among the tenants.
