Three bedrooms await you in this one. One of them has a queen size bed (1.60 x 1.90 m), the second and the third bedroom have 2 single beds(90 x 1.90 m), perfect for children. It also has a brand new bathroom with a shower and a fully-functional kitchen, high-speed fibre internet, air-conditioning and a terrace with a great view. As for the area - imagine being 5 minutes on foot from both Alicante’s main restaurant district (‘Mercado’) with its modernist covered market hall, and Santa Cruz - the famous old town full of old terraces and hip bars. The flats are right in front of the imposing Castle of Santa Barbara, which boasts the best view over Alicante, and a stone’s throw away from the city’s main cultural area, including the recently unveiled Cigarreras creativity hub: a converted former tobacco factory, now home to a suite of vertical gardens, exhibition spaces and trendy restaurants and bars. The nearest beach is a mere 10 minutes away, or you can go on an adventure, take the coastal tram (the nearest station is MARQ, 200 m) and discover the sandy coves and rocky shores of the Costa Blanca that burnish Alicante’s reputation as a sun-and-sea destination extraordinaire.     How to book

    With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
    With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
    The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
    The safety of our tenants and owners is our priority.

    Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

    • ID or Passport
      Identification document (ID card or passport)
    • Proof of solvency
      Documents proving your financial solvency for rent payments (e.g., recent pay slips, bank statements...)
    • Direct debit of the rental payment
      Monthly rent payments are done through our platform on this property. We'll charge you automatically each month using direct debit, without any extra cost.
    Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.

    Transportation

    Take bus C6 from the airport to the MARQ stop (3,85 € per person). From here you can take Line 1 by tram in the direction Benidorm Intermodal. Get off at the stop Coveta Fuma. Price per person: 1 € - Take a taxi. It would cost you around 50 €. If you travel by car: - You can park in the street or on the square in front of the apartment building If you are arriving at the train or bus station: - Take a taxi (25 €) and it will take you to Casa 349h within 20 minutes.
