Precioso y moderno apartamento con piscina en una urbanización a los pies del Montgó y a un paso de todo. Muy luminoso y con una enorme terraza con salida directa al maravilloso jardín y la gran piscina.
La urbanización está orientada al sur y tiene vistas al Montgó. Solo tiene 30 apartamentos, y resulta tranquila, con un ambiente internacional. El jardín es una delicia durante todo el año, pero en primavera y verano alcanza su máximo esplendor. Se encuentra a 4 minutos **andando** de la parada del tranvía, y 15 de la parada de autobuses.
Todos los servicios están al lado: restaurantes, supermercados (abiertos en domingo), Iglesia, gasolinera, policía..., a 5 minutos.
Hospital, talleres, ferreterías..., a 10 minutos.
Al centro del pueblo se llega en 25 minutos a pie.
A la playa más cercana en 35 minutos andando (cuidado con el sol).

The Castle, the Central Market, the Church of La Asunción, Calle del Marqués de Campo, the Marina, the old town, the Montgó route, Las Rotas..., and the famous turquoise blue water beaches of Dénia are worth a visit.
There is a golf course and horse riding 30 minutes away by car.
You can go to Valencia by direct bus, and to Benidorm by tram. Alicante and Valencia airports are 1 and ½ hours away by car.

3 bedrooms: 2 doubles and 1 double en-suite. All with TV, ceiling fan and double built-in wardrobe.
Large living room with table for 6 people and 2 comfortable sofas. The TV is also SAT TV (British). There is a DVD player and a large selection of movies for all audiences.
On the attractive and sunny terrace (the awning can be used) there is another table to eat surrounded by views of the garden, and 3 benches to contemplate all the exuberant nature, including the Montgó. It has its own access to the lawn and pool, which is the best thing about summer.
Very well equipped kitchen: 4 point electric cooker, oven, refrigerator, separate freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, air fryer, slow cooker, bread maker, raclett, cotton candy maker, prep machine 4 sandwiches at a time, donut baking machine, espresso or chocolate coffee maker, tea maker, etc...
