Very spacious, clean, quiet and fresh apartment, with sun-orientation to the south and place to hire boats. Shopping centres only tiny mins walk and to the beach too. Beautiful experience for couples or family of four. No pets allowed at all.
All facilities at hand. Temporary Contract will be issued as according to Spanish LAU.
This place is unique because while other flats are loud, hot, with no direct view to the sea, this is quiet (to be respected) and very fresh with the south soft breeze orientation. coming into the balcony and into the lounge.
This apartment is also next to the World Famous Tennis Academy. Yakuzi-based swimming pools, renting boats, top-cuisine.
