Excellent beach-front apartment. Beautiful views to the beach from a huge terrace. Full equipped kitchen and living room. Main sleeping room with a double bed. Second sleeping room with two single beds. Bathroom. The southern aspect give the house a lot of light. Private car park. Shared services: pool (one for adults and one for kids), two jacuzzis (only available in summer), tennis court, five a side football court and children's park. The appartment is extremely close to the sea and from the centre of the village, where you can find all kinds of services, such as supermarket, pizzerias and restaurants. The stay is pleasant and quiet surrounded by nature and large spaces to share. All exterior, light in all the rooms that helps to enjoy a warm climate. In summer it is very cool and its large terrace gives a cozy stay for children and pets, as well as peace and quiet for adults. It is located on the ground floor so the access for strollers and handicapped people is totally accessible, from the garage you go up in lift directly to the house and from the entrance of the swimming pool without stairs. The house has everything you need to have a pleasant and happy stay.
