El piso está ubicado en el centro de Alicante, en el segundo piso (sin ascensor) de un edificio de 3 alturas con un vecino por planta. Muy buena localización a 350 metros del Mercado Central de Alicante que, como te decía, esta ubicación está muy demandada. Alrededor tienes comercios, bares y restaurantes. El supermercado Mercadona es nuestro vecino. Digamos que tardas 2mn en llegar al supermercado para hacer la compra. Casi que no necesitas tener un frigorífico, pero sí que hay uno claro :-) Playa 15 mn, buses y Tram 5mn También hay lavavajillas, horno-microondas, cafetera, tostadora, hervidor de agua, plancha, secador de pelo y todos los utensilios de cocina para poder cocinar. Tienes aire acondicionado en el salón y ventiladores en los dormitorios. Cada dormitorio tiene una mesa de estudio. Hay internet Wifi. El alquiler es de 1500 euros/mes (incluidos 100 euros de provisión de gastos). Si gastan más se les pedirá abonar la diferencia. Alquilamos hasta mediados de junio.
