Apartamento de dos dormitorios y dos baños situado al lado del parque natural de la montaña de Montgo, Denia, Alicante. Cocina, salón, comedor - espacio abierto. Inmejorables vistas al mar. Enorme terraza con el toldo. Frigorífico doble americano, vinoteca en un frigorífico adicional pequeño. Es importante indicar que la playa no es de arena, son rocas. Está a dos minutos del mar, las aguas cristalinas precisamente porque es todo piedra. Muchas personas lo prefieren, pero hay que advertirlo. Otro detalle: hay comunicaciones con el autobús, pero es preferible tener un coche - los que eligen esta zona elitista de Denia deben saber que sin coche es incómodo. Hay un garaje disponible, el precio es negociable.
