Enorme terraza con el toldo. Frigorífico doble americano, vinoteca en un frigorífico adicional pequeño. Es importante indicar que la playa no es de arena, son rocas. Está a dos minutos del mar, las aguas cristalinas precisamente porque es todo piedra. Muchas personas lo prefieren, pero hay que advertirlo. Otro detalle: hay comunicaciones con el autobús, pero es preferible tener un coche - los que eligen esta zona elitista de Denia deben saber que sin coche es incómodo. Hay un garaje disponible, el precio es negociable.
