Salón con chimenea a gas, comedor con vistas al jardín y montaña, aire acondicionado y calefacción por bomba de calor con control por WiFi en todas las estancias, ventiladores de techo, smart TV, sistema de alarma y cámaras de seguridad. Todas las estancias son exteriores y luminosas, con ventanas tipo climalit. Altea La Vella está a solo un kilómetro y medio con sus supermercados, tiendas, restaurantes y cafés. La playa está a siete minutos de la casa. Parking privado para dos coches.
