Salida directa al monte de Santa Pola desde la propia urbanización, para poder pasear por las sendas y la gran pinada. Se puede llegar dando un bonito paseo al faro de Santa Pola.
La casa está preparada para cuatro personas, con una cama doble de matrimonio y dos camas individuales en la otra habitación.
Dos habitaciones, dos baños completos, cocina, salón comedor y jardín.
- Habitación de matrimonio: con balcón con vistas despejadas al jardín y sin viviendas delante (lo que le otorga mayor privacidad), armarios empotrados, TV y aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo.
- Habitación con dos camas: con armarios empotrados y ventilador de pie.
- AA/CC y ventiladores de techo en salón y habitación de matrimonio.
