Four bedroom, two full bath flat on fourth floor with elevator. Located in the iconic Mercado district on a quiet residential street only a few minutes walk from Metro and Train station. Flat has just been completely renovated, furnished and designed with a "Brooklyn Loft " aesthetic featuring exposed concrete beams, hardwood floors, antique Spanish tile motifs and coffee lounge kitchen area. The apartment is full of sunlight and fresh air.
The room is for one person, and we like to keep the apartment comfortable, peaceful and private for everyone living there. For this reason, we kindly ask that overnight visitors are not brought into the apartment. Thank you for understanding!
