In minutes you reach the bus station from where several bus lines take you to the center or to Attica metro. Sepolia metro station is about a 12 minute walk away.

The apartment is located in the elevated ground floor of a 5 storeys building measures 55 qm and consists of a bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen with dining and living room the entry hall and a spacious balcony. You are being provided with all the necessary equipment for your stay. Some of the features are: Wifi 100 Mbps, 50'' Smart Sony tv in the living room and 43'' Samsung smart tv in the bedroom, Sat Astra/Hotbird, premium Netflix, work desk, hot water, natural gas for heating, AC in the living- and the bedroom, washing machine & more.

- When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable
Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable

- Spotahome guaranteeIf the landlord cancels your booking 48 hours before your move in date, we will either A) pay for a hotel and help you find somewhere new or, B) refund your money in full.
- 24 hours to check your new homeIf the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24 hours so that we can work to resolve it.

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
