What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Our charming and comfortable room is ideal for students. It is located in a nice, upscale area close to the beach and the centre of Athens. As your host, I am looking forward to making your stay a pleasant and relaxing experience, and provide you with a quiet place. The space is a shared three-bedroom flat. We are looking for a clean, tidy respectful tenant who does not mind our cat Teri! The flat is located in a safe neighbourhood in South Athens, Palaio Faliro, not far away from the beach or the city centre. We have very good transportation links on the main road, a few meters away from the flat.

The bedroom has a single bed, a desk and a chair for your studying time and a big wardrobe with many drawers that you can use. The bedroom includes a fan and a radiator. Important:
- You will share this property with the live-in landlady (female) and her cat. The third bedroom is often occupied too.

It is quite big and very bright! And it has access to a huge balcony that you can enjoy your breakfast. The bedroom has a single bed, a desk and a chair for your studying time and a big wardrobe with many drawers that you can use. In the room, there is a fan and a radiator. Free wifi connection. There are two bathrooms, you can have the second WC exclusively.

Things to keep in mind
Palaio Faliro is a clean, nice and quiet neighbourhood. It is one of the safest areas in Athens. It is only a few minutes walk from the beach. I love walking by the coast especially on a sunny day. There is a super-market, an organic shop and a pharmacy across the street. There is also a tavern at the corner with delicious food that I would recommend. Marina Floisvou, a little port by the coast, is also very close (20 min walk along the coast). There are plenty of restaurants and cafe-bars there, perfect for a relaxing day and an outdoors cinema if you like a romantic night under the stars. Stavros Niarchos Foundation is also 20 minutes away.

Getting around
Transportation
Public transportation is very convenient. The flat is only 70m away from the tram station and 300m from the bus stop. The tram can take you to the centre of Athens in only 15min and the ticket is only 1.40 euro. In 20 min, it can also take you to Glyfada, the so-called "Beverly Hills" of Athens where you will find shops/restaurants/bars and experience the glamorous part of Athens.
There are also the buses A2, 106, 126 which can take you either to the centre or if you go the opposite direction it will take you along the coast to beautiful beaches like Alimos and Voula. These buses will take you to most Universities in Athens (eg: Panteion University) in only 10-20 min which is very convenient for students. There are also buses that take you to Pireaus port and the airport.
