Casa com muita luz no largo central de Pardilhó muito amplo, limpo e sossegado. Casa renovada recentemente e muito moderna.
Perto de Estarreja, de praias como a Torreira e Furadouro e igualmente de passeios a pé ou por ciclovias pelos braços da Ria. Pratica de canoagem. A localidade chama-se Pardilhó, situada junto à Ria de Aveiro a poucos kms da Universidade de Aveiro. É uma residência de férias. Só de vez em quando é que aparece algum dos proprietários. O inquilino está praticamente sozinho na maior parte do tempo.
