This apartment in one of Barcelona's most historic and bustling neighborhoods comes fully furnished and equipped with everything you'll need for a relaxing and enjoyable visit.

This two-bedroom apartment has a total area of 76m2 and capacity for four people. The living room preserves the original wooden ceiling beams, giving it a very cozy rustic touch that will make you feel at home. It has a large grey L-shaped sofa sofa, a black chair nested over a round rug, coffee tables, a smart TV, as well as plants, decorations, and mirrors. Next to the living room is a cozy dining corner with a wooden table and four grey chairs. Next to the dining room is the modern integrated kitchen; it has all the necessary basic kitchen tools, like dishes and silverware, wine glasses, trash cans. Equipment like refrigerator, microwave, hot water kettle, toaster, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, and induction stove are also available. Three highchairs are available near the large kitchen counter, for you to enjoy a quick drink with your travel companions. The first bedroom has a beige double-bed, nightstands with lamps, and built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds, nightstand with lamp, and built-in wardrobe. Each of the two bathrooms includes a walk-in shower, a toilet, and washbasin with a mirror, and has all the necessary amenities: gel, shampoo, towels, and hairdryer, soap, and toilet papers. The apartment also has fire extinguisher and first-aid kit. WIFI, central air conditioner and a washing machine are available for your convenience.

Located in the center of the Gothic Quarter, it enjoys proximity to the Ramblas, Plaça Sant Jaume (where the city hall is located), Plaça Reial and many other commercial points of the Ciutat Vella district. This area stands out for being one of the main roads to the old medieval district of the city, in the deeper alleys of the Gothic Barcelona. Only in Barcelona can one have such an authentic experience. The Gothic Quarter has both local and international businesses and embrasses some of the most cultural areas of the city, notably the Raval and El Born. If you choose this neighborhood as your travel destination, you will have no time for a break. -TRANSPORTATION To get to the apartment we recommend a cab or public transport with the nearest bus lines located on the Ramblas (59, V13) and via Laietana (47) and metro on the Ramblas (L3/GREEN) and Jaume I (L4/YELLOW).

    Landlord policies

    Important: the final cleaning fee (200€) must be paid to the landlord before check-in.

    In addition, tenants will be asked to make an advance payment of €300 to cover possible excess utility costs. Utilities are included in the rental price, but in the event that the amount specified in the listing is exceeded, the amount will be deducted from this amount. If the consumption of utilites does not exceed the specified amount, this 300€ will be refunded when you leave the flat.

    Check-in out of working hours:

    • From 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm, check-in is possible at an additional cost of €65; from 10:00 pm - 00:00 am, an additional cost of €85 would be payable, upon request.

    • No parties are allowed. In case a neighbor complains or presents evidence that a party is being held in the apartment, the deposit will be taken; and in case of damage, the cost of repair/replacement of damaged items will be claimed.
