Spanning 70 m² of elegant and functional living space, this duplex has been carefully designed to accommodate up to four guests.

The first bedroom is a cozy retreat with a double bed, while the second bedroom offers two single beds, perfect for friends or family.

The living room is a combination of modern design and homey comfort and features a 50-inch TV for your entertainment.

The sleek, modern kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker to fuel your mornings. A treasure trove of basic cookware, dishes, silverware and wine glasses awaits, ready to serve you on your culinary adventures.

Discover the neighborhood

El Raval is a vibrant multicultural neighborhood in the heart of Barcelona. The part closest to the old port was also known as Barri Xinès or Chinatown. Famous for its avant-garde and bohemian atmosphere, it has some of the best museums and restaurants in the city. It is surrounded by the neighborhoods of Sant Antoni, the Gothic Quarter and El Poble Sec.

El Raval also has a thriving street art scene. Look around and you will see the marks of famous street artists such as Space Invader.

    Important: the final cleaning fee (200€) must be paid to the landlord before check-in.

    In addition, tenants will be asked to make an advance payment of €300 to cover possible excess utility costs. Utilities are included in the rental price, but in the event that the amount specified in the listing is exceeded, the amount will be deducted from this amount. If the consumption of utilites does not exceed the specified amount, this 300€ will be refunded when you leave the flat.

    How to book

    With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
    With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
    The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
    The safety of our tenants and owners is our priority.

    Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

    • ID or Passport
      Identification document (ID card or passport)
    • Proof of solvency
      Documents proving your financial solvency for rent payments (e.g., recent pay slips, bank statements...)
    • Direct debit of the rental payment
      Monthly rent payments are done through our platform on this property. We'll charge you automatically each month using direct debit, without any extra cost.
    Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
